It has been way too long since I've been able to blog. Going to school, being a wife, and taking care of a 4 month old baby is tough work. Its completely worth it though. Something Taylor and I have been trying to do is get out of the house more. Every day I like to get out sometime, even if its just for a quick walk or a trip to the mail box. Today we decided to get out and go to our local Halloween Festival. It was so cute, tiny kids running around every where. The music was really loud though, it made me wish we had some ear muffs for her or something. Our favorite corn dog truck was there and we were sad to hear that today was their last day of existence! I almost shed a tear. So naturally we bought some corn dogs. The festival was full of fun activities like a horse carriage ride, insect display, Hocus Pocus characters and even Donald and Daisy Duck. How perfect for little Minnie!? I wasn't intending for Harper to be Minnie this year, but I found the costume in her closet and thought it would be fun to match. I can't wait to show you guys our other group costume. Its going to be rad. We hardly ever disappoint. P.S. Taylor and I are thinking of starting a weekly vlog, but we don't think anyone will care or watch it haha. Would anyone be interested in viewing our crazy life? Comment below if you would be.

I can't believe I am about to type the following sentence: My baby is 4 months old. 4 months is too
big. I realize that my baby is still tiny, but 4 months seems so much bigger to my. She is graduating from that newborn phase. Naps are becoming harder. She is much more aware of everything around her. She really knows who I am. She wants to play constantly. I feel like my little girl is graduating from squishy burrito baby to tiny toddler. Harper is 14.5 lbs, 24.9 inches and full of fun. I love her so much and feel so incredibly privileged to be her mother. This is honestly the greatest gift I have ever been given. Shout to my husband for being my biggest cheerleader. I love you.
Also I am obsessing over this gray cross blanket from Burrito Baby Blankets. Its so soft and warm. Sometimes I steal it for myself. Seriously head over to their shop and buy all their patterns!

Y'all these two seriously melt my heart. How did I get so lucky to have them both? Seriously Taylor is the best husband. When we went to take these pictures it totally started raining. I was so upset. I had been waiting all week to take these pictures. Taylor was so patient and let me cry it out (I'm so pathetic). By the time I came to my senses, it stopped raining. Blessings from Heavenly Father. He really does try to make us happy no matter how small it is. Harper and Taylor always have a blast together. This girl seriously loves her daddy. When she hears his voice she looks around to try and find him. Whenever he holds her, she gets so excited squirming around and talking like crazy. It melts my heart seeing them together. I know she is going to be a daddy's girl for sure. She already has Taylor wrapped around her tiny finger.
We love you Harper baby.

Seriously you guys, these pictures make me want to cry. How is my baby growing up so fast. The other day Taylor and I were hanging out and Harper started sitting up by herself. WHAT. STOP. She is such a fast learner. She is going to be running around her before we know it. I better get this place baby proofed and my carpet vacuumed. I want to thank Rosie Gold Boutique for sending us the perfect bow. It makes Harper look like a little princess don't you think?
P.S. Nap times are becoming a night mare. Any tips on how to sleep train a super light sleeper?

We had such a fun time at the pumpkin patch today with our best friends Kevin and Nicole (aren't they the cutest). Even though Harper looks like a big grump, she had a total blast. She was looking around at the trees and pumpkins soaking it all in. She is such a fun little girl. Next year she will be running around picking her own pumpkin! I want time to just stop so I can have my little baby forever. We picked so many pumpkins this year. I can't wait to decorate them all. Taylor and I are going to paint our pumpkins instead of carving. Most because carving is sooo messy. I don't need extra messes to clean up these days. Harpers got all the messes covered for a while.
P.S. You guys I almost didn't post that picture of me, Taylor and Harper because I thought I looked fat. Seriously how stupid is that? I'm embracing this horrible angle family photo.

I used to think moms who put their little girls in giant bows were a disgrace to human nature. Now here I am putting my baby in bows that are bigger than her face and I don't even care. I was so happy to work with @splashofsparkle on this adorable outfit. The "mini mama" print just melts my heart. I secretly hope Harper turns out to be a little like me. My 3 month old baby is my best friend and I don't care what other people think. Go ahead and judge me!
